We'll start off with the group shot of the brothers who showed. The older gent was surprise guest Len Blancette, Class of 38 (his wife is seated next to him). It was great to have Len there, as he reminded us of how everlasting our bonds are.
Here's everyone who attended (except Tim Meckel, '81 who had to take off early, as usual).
Current Alumni President Eric Wimer '89 and Treasurer Jamie Magee '82 hear some of Len's tales of the Lodge in the thirties.
Still handsome after all these years! Thanks for coming Len!
Steve "Bogey" Lawrence '82 (middle) shares a joke with Chris Marzilli '81 and his wife Nancy.
Pete Robson '88 and Chip Phillips '89 get giggly.
Jonathan Shepard '95 and Jamie Magee '82 were psyched to see each other. Imagine, friendships between alums who graduated 13 years apart...a true benefit of fraternities.
Eric Wimer '89 and Steve "Bogey" Lawrence '82 celebrate victory at the pool table.
And that's the nice thing about the North East Brewing Co., it's basement is very lodge like. Here Pete Jenkins '89 throws some darts.
And doesn't this remind you of the former Lodge? We'll meet there at homecoming this fall.
Ian Bolden '?? and Jan Haas '89 bonding by the pool table.
Jan Haas '89 (again!) with Andy "Spalding" Ellicott '86.
"Fair Maidens of Chi Psi" Jane Magee (middle), Anne Robson (left), and Karen Yelle (soon-to-be Wimer).
Yes, it was just like the good old days in the Lodge. That was the way it was meant to be, and with any luck, someday we'll do this at Middlebury again!
Sean "Boze" Casten '92 with Jonathan Shepard '95.
Craft brew and brotherhood go wel together...
A bonus pick of Bill Warren '89 and his wife Margaret in Atlanta this spring. They must have had that baby by now, so congratulations!
